The retail mix at St. Augustine Premium Outlets is evolving following the recent opening of two new stores, with a third announced.
Cosmetics retailer Miss A opened in January, and footwear and apparel brand Johnston & Murphy opened in March, owner Simon Property Group announced in an April 7 news release.
The Children’s Place, a clothing and apparel businesses, is also planned, but an opening date is not announced.
The center is at 2700 Florida 16, near Interstate 95 at exit 318.
Isabelle Schwenk, the shopping center’s director of marketing and business development, said the management company had not decided on an opening date for the retailer.
Schwenk said in a statement the new stores will provide “even more variety and value in one place.”
Build-out costs for the two open stores totaled $506,400, St. Johns County permit records show.
Miss A was permitted to build-out its 4,466-square-foot space in Suite 313 in October 2025 at a cost of $200,000. Johnston & Murphy was issued a build-out permit for its 2,390-square-foot space in Suite 603 in January at a cost of $306,400.
Miss A opened where there was a L’eggs Hanes Bali Playtex, and Johnston & Murphy took over space previously occupied by shoe store Stride Rite Keds Sperry.
As of April 7, there was no recorded build-out permit with the county for Children’s Place.
Other anchor and specialty brands at St. Augustine Premium Outlets include Banana Republic, Coach, Kate Spade, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nike, Ulta and Under Armour.
