The city issued a permit April 7 for Webb Southeast Construction Corp. to build its 310,464-square-foot Warehouse B at Imeson International Industrial Park at a project cost of almost $16.9 million.
Orlando-based Webb International is building the warehouse at 1205 Imeson Park Blvd. next to Warehouse A at 1215 Imeson Park Blvd. in the North Jacksonville business park.
The permit application described Warehouse A as speculative for single-tenant occupancy. It says a separate permit would be needed if plans change for more than one tenant.

The city issued a permit Jan. 19, 2024, for Warehouse A, a 267,280-square-foot building at 1215 Imeson Park Blvd., at a project cost of $10.25 million.
The city issued a site-clearing permit Nov. 22, 2023, for both buildings at $2.8 million. A site development summary shows the buildings will be built on 46.77 acres. Plans show a future development of 2.8 acres.
That means the three permits total a combine project cost of almost $29.93 million.
The Webb development site is at northeast Imeson Park Boulevard and Zoo Parkway. It is 2 miles west of Interstate 95 and 4 miles east of I-295.
For both warehouses, EnVision Design & Engineering is the civil engineer. LS3P Associates Ltd. is the architect. Both are based in Jacksonville.
Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Directors Tyler Newman and Jacob Horsley have been marketing Warehouse A, called 1215 Imeson Park Blvd, to tenants. The brochure says it is available now.

Dan Webb, president of Webb International and Industrial Park Investments, said in February 2025 that Warehouse B will be available as multitenant and he expected completion in 2026. He said Newman and Horsley at Cushman & Wakefield will represent the property.
Webb International previously filed plans for the two buildings totaling 576,680 square feet with 144 loading docks.
The developer is Industrial Park Investments Inc., affiliated with Webb International. The two warehouse properties are owned separately by IPI-1205 Inc. and IPI-1215 Inc., both registered with the state Sept, 15, 2023, and led by Daniel Webb.
