The cost for the 2,800-square-foot fast-casual restaurant is $350,000, according to a build-out permit issued Feb. 11 by St. Johns County.

Cumming, Georgia-based Duffey Southeast Inc. is the contractor.

Elsewhere in St. Johns County, Chipotle opened in the master-planned Beachwalk community in June. Other locations are planned off International Golf Parkway at a developing Walmart Supercenter site and at 4285 U.S. 1 S., Suite 1, in front of the Publix-anchored Moultrie Square shopping center south of Wildwood Drive, replacing a closed Wells Fargo bank branch.
