Three more Seven Brew Drive Thru Coffee kiosks are in review for Duval County.

With three open in Northeast Florida, two coming soon and another in development, that boosts the coffee chain to at least nine locations in four counties.

The three new Duval sites identified for 7 Brew, as it is marketed, are at 11806 Atlantic Blvd. in the Atlantic West shopping center at southwest Atlantic and Kernan boulevards; at 3746 University Blvd. W., a previous car wash site in Lakewood; and at 11647 San Jose Blvd., at northeast San Jose Boulevard and Loretto Road.

The locations.7brew.com site shows there are three operating kiosks in Northeast Florida.

Two are in Jacksonville in Duval County.

The 3264 Gerona Drive E. drive-thru is at northeast Beach and Hodges boulevards in the Beach Haven area. The 7788 Normandy Blvd. site is at southeast Normandy Boulevard and Bivins Road, west of Interstate 295, in West Jacksonville.

In Fernandina Beach in Nassau County, the drive-thru is at 1940 S. 14th St. in Fernandina Beach.

Two more are shown as coming soon to 6730 103rd St. in West Jacksonville and at 1694 Blanding Blvd. in Middleburg in Clay County.

Another is in development in St. Johns County at Florida 16 and Elevation Parkway in the Elevation Pointe development west of St. Augustine Premium Outlets.

Seven Brew Drive Thru Coffee, a chain headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas, serves coffee drinks, energy drinks, teas, lemonade, smoothies and shakes. Founded in 2017 in Rogers, Arkansas, 7 Brew says it is a drive-thru coffee franchise, but its site says it is not accepting new franchise applications or expressions of interest.

According to 7brew.com, the company has 647 shops in 38 states, including 45 locations in Florida.

The next three identified in Duval County comprise:

A Seven Brew Drive Thru Coffee kiosk is planned at 11806 Atlantic Blvd. in Jacksonville in the Atlantic North shopping center.

• 11806 Atlantic Blvd.: City utility JEA issued a service availability letter Dec. 29 for a 510-square-foot shop with a dual drive-thru on the 1.16-acre vacant Outparcel 2 between two multitenant buildings in front of the Kohl’s, T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods stores.

The landlord is Jacksonville-based Sleiman Enterprises, which shows 7 Brew on its property site plan. The JEA applicant is listed as NV5 Inc. of Orlando, led by Jason Mahoney.

The site engineer is Crafton Tull & Associates of Hot Springs, Arkansas. A JEA application means a project is being explored and not that a deal has been done.

A Seven Brew Drive Thru Coffee kiosk is planned at 11647 San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin.

Colliers

• 3746 University Blvd. W.: The St. Johns River Water Management District received a Request for Verification of an Exemption by 7Venture Inc. of Fayetteville, Arkansas, for a 0.45-acre site of a former car wash.

The project would demolish the site to build the coffee drive-thru. 7Venture Inc. would have a ground lease. Duval County property records identify the land owner as Van Ness Street LLC. Work would start in May 2026. The site is next to McDonald’s in front of LA Fitness, which is in The Gates of University Blvd in the Lakewood area.

The Colliers International Florida real estate firm, led by Senior Vice President Jason Ryals, Senior Associate Gina Kline and Associate Vice President Mile Phillips, is representing the property for the ground lease. Ryals said Dec. 31 that the property owner is under contract with a developer who has mentioned 7 Brew as the potential tenant.

“I think it’s a very good use for the site and fits in with that retail trade area,” Ryals said by email.
