Adventure Landing in St. Augustine sold March 2 for $3.6 million.

The seller was NNN REIT Inc., formerly National Retail Properties Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust based in Orlando. The property had been leased to NRP Lease Holdings LLC, which operates the park.

There are three buyers: M&D Property LLC and IE Property Group LLC, both based in Georgia, and Jones Properties SA LLC, based in Alabama.

The park sits on about 7 acres at 2780 Florida 16, adjacent to the St. Augustine Premium Outlets.

In late 2025, the park appeared to be facing possible redevelopment. On Oct. 1, the St. Johns River Water Management District began reviewing an application that included demolishing the park and redeveloping the site for commercial use. The permit was never issued, the application is closed and the park remains open.

Owner Hank Woodburn opened the St. Augustine park in 1995, which offers miniature golf, batting cages, an arcade and go-karts.

The company’s first location, in Jacksonville Beach, permanently ceased operating Oct. 15.

The Jacksonville Beach park was at 1944 Beach Blvd., about a quarter mile east of the Intracoastal Waterway. It offered go-karts, batting cages, miniature golf, an arcade and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

Woodburn spent 24 years with Putt-Putt Golf Courses of America before launching the Adventure Landing brand.
