The Northeast Florida Builder’s Association’s SAM Tram took a trip to the western end of Duval and Clay counties last month to get an update on OakLeaf Plantation. Builders featured in the tour included Lennar, Drees Homes, Providence Homes, Richmond American Homes, Pulte Homes and Mattamy Homes.
