• The Smith Hulsey & Busey firm hired a sixth-year associate lawyer, Whitney K. McGuire, and two new first-year associates, Allison L. McElhaney and Kevin Wagner, in its complex commercial litigation practice. The three new associates bring the firm to more than 50 attorneys. McGuire has six years of litigation experience with corporate law firms in Florida and California. She earned her juris doctorate degree from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. McElhaney will work with firm shareholder Lee D. Wedekind III. She and Wagner received their law degrees from the University of Florida College of Law. Wagner will work with firm shareholder James A. Bolling.
