• Attorney Bruce Stutsman has stepped down as chair-elect of the Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair and the other positions he holds with the Fair’s board and the Fair Association. In his resignation letter to current Chair Chris Verlander — which is effective Dec. 1 — Stutsman said the limitations on his time was the deciding factor in his decision.
