On Sunday, the first wave of nearly 350 workers rolled out the “orange carpet,” partied with Jacksonville Jaguars mascot Jaxson de Ville, and were introduced to the facility’s leaders, Bernard Schmidt and Mike Bauer.
Amazon said the first item received for inventory was a Tactical Portable Powerlight and the first customer order shipped was a Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge.
