The annual change of officers is in progress and that’s Amber Williams of Ryland Homes, the incoming president of the Sales and Marketing Council, giving 2010 President Mark Carlson of Carlson Capital Advisors a thank-you kiss at last week’s installation breakfast at the University of North Florida.
