A homegrown Jacksonville Beach company has partnered with a national real estate brand.
Lifestyles Realty Web has joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise.
The company’s new name will be Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Lifestyles Realty.
A small, but growing company, Lifestyles Realty Web formed in 2009 as a merger of Florida Realty Web and Lifestyles Realty. It reported 43 employees in 2014 and the company this year announced it would open a second office in Springfield.
Its affiliation with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will bring “a modern approach to real estate … backed by a name that is relevant to the consumer 365 days a year,” said Geoff Burt, general manager of the new company.
Founded in 2008 and based in New Jersey, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchises are independent businesses that operate within its network.
The company has more than 9,100 affiliated sales associates and about 280 offices across the United States and Canada.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate supports its franchises with market strategy, training, technology and brand awareness, according to its website.
Lifestyles Realty Web is the newest brokerage to be added to the brand’s network, and the third Florida brokerage to join in the past three months.
