Linda Lindenmoyer, who has handled Northeast Florida corporate relocations for 16 years, moved into a larger role as vice president of relocation and business development for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, expanding her role with the organization.

Lindenmoyer will retain her role as vice president of relocation for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, which is based in Jacksonville.

She will oversee relocations in 28 counties in central, south, southeast and southwest Florida, including her current territory in Northeast Florida. She will work out of the Jacksonville office.

She replaces Sharon Sapp, who retired after 22 years with the company.

“Our corporate relocation division, which accounts for more than 22 percent of our company’s business, has flourished under Linda’s leadership,” Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty Founder and Chairperson Linda Sherrer said in the news release.

Lindenmoyer will lead relocation management functions and operations for the offices in the 28-county area, in addition to continuing to lead the company’s Northeast Florida offices, the news release said.

Existing relocation staff in the Northeast Florida offices will manage day-to-day operations while Lindenmoyer will focus on growing the company’s relocation offerings there and across the state, she said.

Lindenmoyer said her relationships within the industry assisted her in receiving the promotion.

“The thought was to go ahead and leverage that experience and those relationships and allow me to be the leader in both companies,” she said.

Lindenmoyer earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. She also serves as JAXUSA Partnership’s Business Development Committee chair.
