Restaurant Notes: Dunkin’ to St. Johns County; Flame Broiler to West Jacksonville

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing a permit application for construction of a 1,681-square-foot Dunkin’ on 0.25 acres on Epic Boulevard. 

Plans show a 1,192-square-foot building, 200-square-foot walk-in freezer and 289-square-foot patio.

Taylor & White Inc. is the civil engineer.

The site is at Florida 207 and Rolling Hills Drive.

Flame Broiler to West Jacksonville

The city is reviewing a permit for construction of Flame Broiler at 6682 103rd St. in West Jacksonville.

Adkins Construction Co. LLC is shown as the contractor for the estimated $450,000 project to build a 650-square-foot restaurant.

Plans show drive-thru only with no interior seating.

 The site had been a drive-thru restaurant. The city approved demolition of a 650-square-foot restaurant on the site May 23.

McDonald’s renovating in Lakewood

The city is reviewing a permit application for renovations to McDonald’s at 3750 University Blvd. W. near the Lakewood area.

No contractor is listed for the estimated $350,000 project to install a new front counter, lobby self-order kiosks, dining room decor, restroom fixtures and other elements.
