The city is reviewing a permit application for Singleton’s Seafood Shack to do sprinkler, insulation and windows work at its 4728 Mayport Road restaurant at a cost of $95,000.

The restaurant is undergoing renovations to comply with permit and safety requirements.

Piesanos Pizza to Cobblestone Village

St. Johns County issued a permit Oct. 27 for Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza to build out a 6,787-square-foot restaurant at a cost of $860,000 in Cobblestone Village at 200 CBL Drive, Suite 101, in St. Augustine.

Fletcher Construction LLC of Gainesville is the contractor.

Ellianos to Old Kings Road

The city is reviewing a permit application for construction of an 800-square-foot drive-thru shop for Ellianos Coffee at 8781 Old Kings Road at a cost of $263,840.

JM Coffee LLC of Lake City is the owner.

The location is in the Brierwood area.
