The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing an application for a 664-square-foot Scooters Coffee drive-thru on 0.69-acre at northeast Beach Boulevard and Gerona Drive East.
Joesaphine’s Coffee LLC of Saint Johns is the developer. MJ Stokes Consulting of Tampa is the agent.
The city is reviewing a building permit for the estimated $350,000 project at 13759 Beach Blvd.
It is one of several Scooters Coffee drive-thrus planned in Northeast Florida.
The city is reviewing permits for McDonald’s to remodel at 14151 Old St. Augustine Road and at 5451 Roosevelt Blvd., each at a cost of $150,000.
Those plans include a new menu board, modular front counter and modifications that include the McCafe area.
