The city issued a mobility fee calculation certificate to Concept Development LLC, the developer of Dollar General stores, for a 7,512-square-foot retail store on about an acre at northwest Post Street and McDuff Avenue South.
The $68,900 fee is designed to mitigate the traffic impact.

The city issued permits Tuesday for Venture Construction Co. to build a RaceTrac gas station and convenience store at 8715 Baymeadows Road at the site of a former Wells Fargo bank branch. The 5,400-square-foot store, canopy and dumpster will be built at a construction cost of $1.24 million.
