The Edge at Town Center apartments were sold Dec. 21 for $21.117 million.
Logan’s Pointe Associates LTD of Hollywood sold the property at 3544 St. Johns Bluff Road to South (FL) Owner LLC of Chicago in association with New York City-based Blackstone, a major investor.
The apartments, built in 2000, comprise 11 buildings on 17.4 acres.
The 248-unit complex was sold at a unit price of $85,149.
The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments range in size from 650 to 1,110 square feet and rent ranges from $1,283 to $1,693, according to Apartments.com
The amenities include a clubhouse, pool, business center, fitness center, spa, playground and car wash area with on-site property management and maintenance.
Logan’s Point Associates LTD bought the property for $1.5 million in August 1999 from American Heritage Life Insurance Co. of Jacksonville.
