The Peninsula at St. Johns Center’s 36-story tower on the St. Johns River on Jacksonville’s Southbank will feature progressive design combining traditional city style with contemporary urban flair.

The building’s conference room is available for residents along with a business center equipped with high-speed data and voice capability. The lobby also connects to a private outdoor terrace.
In order to give every resident the best views in the building, all will have access to the private rooftop club on the 36th floor. In addition to sweeping skyline and river vistas, the club will also include an outdoor sun deck, a living and dining room with a dramatic fireplace and large screen TV, a wet bar and an exhibition kitchen, as well as a wine storage room.
The Peninsula will offer seven levels of covered and controlled-access garage parking with available 24-hour valet service.
