Beazer Homes recently treated its sales team to a whirlwind adventure of fun and teambuilding in St. Augustine to reward the team for a successful 2004.

“Our new home counselors are the backbone of Beazer Homes,” said Sales and Marketing Manager Tom Daddario. “It is because of these dedicated and hard-working men and women that Beazer Homes has seen the remarkable success that we have enjoyed year after year. This day was our way of saying ‘thank you.’”

The teambuilding day began at Beazer Homes’ corporate office where team members each received a gift bag and enjoyed a catered breakfast followed by a chauffeured drive to St. Augustine.

Upon arrival, Daddario divided the team into several small groups, handing each group a Polaroid camera and directions for their teambuilding mission: a scavenger hunt through Florida’s Oldest City.

The teams were challenged with questions about St. Augustine’s history and completing tasks including creating a “human pyramid” and fitting the entire team inside one of the city’s famous horse-drawn carriages while having total strangers record the completion of each task by taking photographs. Prizes were given to the winning team at the conclusion of the event.

Next on the itinerary was lunch at The Conch House. The day concluded with dinner at the Tree Steak House in Mandarin.
