According to the release, Pritchard will serve as the agency’s new owner and CEO, bringing 15 years of experience at companies such as LinkedIn, Meta and Twitter, the former name of X. The acquisition “marks a notable milestone for Jacksonville’s growing community of tech and marketing professionals,” the release states.

Pritchard will lead Olivine remotely from Jacksonville Beach after a trial leadership period that began in fall 2025. Olivine remains primarily based in San Francisco.

Olivine says on olivinemarketing.com that it supports B2B SaaS companies, which stands for business-to-business software as a service. Examples include Salesforce, HubSpot and Slack. Olivine says it has helped launch more than 60 products and has annual revenue of more than $2 million.

“Olivine has an exceptional foundation — deep client trust, a strong reputation in B2B SaaS product marketing, and a team of talented people who care deeply about doing excellent work,” Pritchard said in the release.

“AI is changing the landscape, but it only raises the bar for clear positioning, differentiated messaging, and smart go-to-market strategy. Companies still need real expertise and strategic thinking. That’s the work Olivine has always done well, and my goal is to build on that foundation while continuing to take great care of the team and clients.”

Olivine was founded in 2016 by Ashley Wilson and later scaled with co-founder Raechel Lambert.

According to the release, Wilson and Lambert approached Pritchard about buying the company after both of them left to start other ventures. Pritchard had worked with Olivine as a contractor.

“We didn’t want to hand Olivine to someone who would optimize for short-term extraction at the expense of people, quality, and culture,” Lambert said in the release. “When I asked Clayton, almost on a whim, if he’d want to buy Olivine, it quickly became clear that he was exactly the right person.”
