KB Home is also now taking homesite reservations for its newest community, Hawk’s Pointe, located across the street from Plum Tree off 103rd and Old Middleburg Road.
Hawk’s Pointe will offer several preservation and cul-de-sac homesites. Floor plans ranging from 1,691 to 3,599 square feet with three to six bedrooms and two to three baths. These one and two story homes will have many additional options available such as covered patios, bay windows, dens/lofts and many garage options.
The community of Hawk’s Pointe will include a soccer field and playground for active families.
