Jacksonville Beach will get an addition to its landscape this month when construction begins on the Lorelei condominium.
It being developed by Alan Dickinson and his partners, Peter Russo and Jorge Suazo, two local real estate and mortgage finance professionals.
Dickinson is the son of commercial Realtor Walter Dickinson.
