Sales have officially opened on the newest Mercedes Homes townhome community, Hannah’s Walk, on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine.
The community, which features two and three bedroom floorplans with two and a half bathrooms and one-car garages, is just south of downtown St. Augustine.
Community amenities include a cabana area, pool, a lake as well as conservation and cul-de-sac home sites.
Hannah’s Walk townhomes are priced from the mid $200s.
