Harmony Homes of North Florida has partnered with CTX Mortgage to form Accord Lending as their in-house mortgage lender.
“Having our own lender provides a seamless home buying experience for our customers,” said Vice President of Sales and Marketing Linda Moore. “Accord Lending is a direct lender and homebuyers who work with our mortgage company can be pre-approved faster, take advantage of special incentives that we may offer, save on closing costs, and receive the best service available.
“Accord Lending is an integral part of our company and as such they are familiar with the price points of our respective communities and typical financing needs of our homebuyers.”
The leader of Accord Lending is Wes Fish. A native of Florida, Wes Fish has been involved in the new home construction industry since 1991. In 2000, Fish received a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Strategic Planning, Total Quality Management, and Continuous Quality Improvement from the University of North Florida.
He participated as a Graduate Research Assistant, and as a Team Leader on the UNF College of Business Administration’s Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award team.
He is an accomplished IronMan Triathlete having completed IronMan events in Austria and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
