Seven months after launching sales and delivery of Winn-Dixie grocery items on Amazon in Jacksonville and Orlando, the two companies announced they had gone statewide with their partnership.
In an April 14 news release, Amazon and Winn-Dixie said same-day delivery of Winn-Dixie groceries now is available throughout Florida, including in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, St. Petersburg, Tallahassee, Tampa and West Palm Beach in addition to Jacksonville and Orlando.
Delivery also extends to surrounding neighborhoods and nearby communities throughout each area, the release stated, making the service available to the majority of Florida households.
Sophie Turrell, director of U.S. grocery partnerships at Amazon, said in the release that the expansion “reflects both strong customer adoption and Winn-Dixie’s continued commitment to meeting Florida shoppers where they are.”
“As a trusted regional grocer with more than a century of service in Florida, Winn-Dixie is leveraging this partnership with Amazon to reach even more customers who value convenience without sacrificing the quality and selection they expect from their neighborhood store,” Turrell said.
In September 2025, the companies announced they had established sales and same-day delivery of Winn-Dixie’s products, including produce, meats, private label brands and specialty items.
At that time, the service was made available locally in Jacksonville, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Fleming Island, Orange Park, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach and Saint Johns.
Customers can shop by visiting amazon.com/winndixie or using the Amazon shopping app.
The April 14 release stated that for a limited time, both Prime members and customers without a Prime membership can receive free delivery on Winn-Dixie orders of more than $25 with two-hour delivery windows.
Winn-Dixie Rewards members also can link their Rewards account with their Amazon account to earn Rewards value that can be redeemed for dollars off in-store purchases at Winn-Dixie, the release said.
