Oceanfront home in Ponte Vedra Beach sells for $10.25 million

The sale price is nearly double the $5.53 million the seller paid in August 2025.

An oceanfront home in Ponte Vedra Beach sold July 10 for $10.25 million.

The home at 571 Ponte Vedra Blvd. was built in 2006 and has four bedrooms and five baths.

Through Akoumia LLC, Nickolas Stam and Alixe Stamatogiannakis of Jacksonville Beach sold the property to David and Regina LaMonte of Ponte Vedra Beach.

Stam, a real estate developer and former COO of Florida Blue, purchased the home for $5.53 million in August 2025.

This is the second time Stam has sold a Ponte Vedra Boulevard home for nearly twice what he paid in less than two years.

In December 2024, he sold a home at 697 Ponte Vedra Blvd. for $10.9 million after buying it for $5.35 million in May 2022.

David LaMonte is a retired vice president and general manager of rental-car corporation Enterprise Holdings’ Jacksonville Group.
