The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association will present the 27th annual Realtor-Builder Tradeshow and Luncheon on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2006 at Alltel Stadium. The tradeshow is scheduled from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., with a buffet luncheon from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Organizers are expecting approximately 1,500 to attend and the theme for this year’s event is “Northeast Florida, The Premier Showcase of the South.”
The show will cover all three floors of the West Stadium Club and will have over 100 informational and educational booths hosted by an array of representatives in the industry, including builders, developers, mortgage companies, Realtors and media.
The tradeshow will also have booth contests (best giveaways, best theme, most entertaining and most creative) to be evaluated by celebrity judges. The winners will each receive $500 to support area charities.
“Northeast Florida continues to draw the spotlight of the nation with our rich Southern heritage, breathtaking landscapes and affordable real estate,” said Deborah Metzig of Realty/Builder Connection, co-chair of this year’s tradeshow along with Diane Moss of Watson Realty. “This always has been the networking event of the year.”
