Magnolia Properties has been chosen as the sales team for 1616 River Road, San Marco’s newest luxury waterfront community.
Developer Charles Atkerson said that 1616 River Road will be an three-story luxury Mediterranean revival condominium with the six initial residences including two 4,000 plus square-foot penthouses, spacious townhomes and expansive flats.
Finishes and amenities are currently being finalized with introductory pricing on the homes to be announced soon, Atkerson said.
