Ex-Jag builds in Pablo
The PARC Group’s Pablo Creek Reserve is home to one of the most prominent Jacksonville Jaguar players ever.
Joel Smeenge, one of the original members of the National Football League team in 1995, played through 2000 and was a star lineman. He’s one of the first three families to move into the development west of the Intracoastal Waterway and south of J. Turner Butler Boulevard.
Builders in Pablo Creek Reserve include Collier Classic Homes, Benchmark Homes, C.F. Knight Homes, Grandeur Homes, Whitehurst Builders and GBN Construction.
But Smeenge didn’t use any of them — his own company, Jax Pier Development, built the family’s new home.
