Carrington Place, Centex Homes’ condominium community in Fleming Island Plantation, has opened two fully-decorated model homes.
Carrington Place has six contemporary floor plans with up to 1,150 square feet of living space and up to two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, starting at $99,990.
All six available floor plans at Carrington Place feature orange peel finish walls and knockdown ceilings, gourmet kitchens with breakfast bars, and Whirlpool appliances, owners’ suites with carpeted walk-in closets, ceramic tile flooring throughout the foyer, laundry room, kitchen and all bathrooms and a covered lanai.
The models, The Barrington and The Carlyle, were both decorated by Barbara Ondo Designs.
An undecorated Deerbrook model has vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the largest floor plan.
All residents also have access to the community’s amenities including an 18-hole golf course, lighted tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, three soccer fields, both Olympic-size and family pool areas and a children’s playground.
