William “Glenn” East, CEO of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, has earned the Certified International Property Specialist real estate designation. The CIPS designation is conferred by the National Association of Realtors, and East will be formally recognized at NAR’s Midyear Legislative Conference & Trade Expo in Washington on May 12.
