D.R. Horton has started construction on six additional Discovery Series floorplans in Pritchard Point, its single-family community on Jacksonville’s Westside. The homes are priced from the $120s.
There are 18 floorplans in all, ranging from 1,206 to 3,402 square feet. There are three-, four- and five-bedroom plans, each with a two- or three-car garage.
Pritchard Point’s recreational amenities package includes a pool with sundeck and cabana, children’s playground, and multi-purpose greenspaces.
