The Naples-based planning, design and engineering firm of WilsonMiller has opened an office in Jacksonville at 4720 Salisbury Road. It is the firm’s 11th in Florida and the company has hired David Tillis to manage the office. Prior to joining WilsonMiller, Tillis worked for the Bonita Bay Group and The St. Joe Company.
