With more homes sold last year than in any year previously, Nocatee experienced its best sales year ever in 2010. The Ponte Vedra community has almost 700 families now living there.
One of its bigger milestones for the year was the opening of Nocatee Splash Water Park in February of last year. The interactive amenity includes a water park with an slide tower, lagoon pool, lazy river and sprayground area among other features.
Nocatee offers several neighborhoods with single-family homes, maintenance-free homes and condominiums priced from the high $100s to more than $1 million.
