Formed last year, the E-Council is the result of the on-going partnership between NEFBA and JEA’s Conservation Programs – a partnership that also produced the successful Green Built Homes of Florida program. NEFBA and JEA joined forces on both these programs to encourage practices that are economically and environmentally better for our community.
The council was created to educate industry professionals and the public primarily through seminars and workshops on a variety of related topics. Presented by local and nationally recognized experts, the workshops bridge the gap between professionals and the community by developing a deeper understanding of how these building practices benefit everyone and safeguard the future.
