The Northeast Florida Builders Association held its 2014 installation of officers, awards presentations and kickoff banquet Jan. 17 at the UNF University Center.
Inducted were President Daniel Blanchard, First Vice President Rick Morales, Second Vice President Harlan Bost, Third Vice President Larry Wittmer, Secretary-Treasurer Chet Skinner, Training Vice President Keith Ward and Dennis Ginder, immediate past president.
Daniel Davis, former NEFBA executive director and current president and CEO of the JAX Chamber, was on hand to swear in Blanchard and present him with the gavel of authority and president's pin.
Past President Richard Browdy was the master of ceremonies and presented the annual awards. See page 35 for list and photo of award winners.
The Boards of Directors for the Remodelers Council, the Sales and Marketing Council and NEFBA were installed. Ron Harris will serve as the SMC chair and Vince Pessolano will serve as the Remodelers Council chair.
