Geographically and time-wise, the South East Building Conference is just around the corner.
The conference and expo is at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando (West Hall A4-B1) Wednesday through Saturday, July 23-26. The Expo is 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 24 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 25.
SEBC attracts a wide range of building and housing professionals from Florida and the southern U.S. More than 265 companies exhibited last year.
Exhibits and educational opportunities target builders of single-family homes, apartments, commercial structures and developers, remodelers, architects, engineers and sales and marketing professionals.
Specialty sections for Green Zone, Hurricane Alley and EZone (energy efficiency) will be of interest to many, and the Florida Masonry Foundation will have its own section.
SEBC also offers more than 40 continuing education unit (CEU) credits and general education sessions.
