Town Center Promenade has leased space to eight tenants, including the area’s first Red Robin Gourmet Burgers & Brews, Texas de Brazil and Piada Italian Street Food restaurants.
The Shopping Center Group LLC announced Thursday that an Aldi grocery store, Aspen Dental, Mattress Firm, Starbucks and Newk’s Eatery also have signed leases for the property, under development by Core Property Capital along Town Center Parkway.
The site is across from St. Johns Town Center.
Core Property Capital bought 62.85 acres in January for the project. About 30 acres is being developed.
