If spring is in the air, the Parade of Homes is just around the corner.
Since 1954, NEFBA has been inviting Northeast Florida to the area’s largest open house. This year the Parade will run from April 16-24 across the region.
Dream Finders entered the Parade first and with a bang. Fourteen new Dream Finder homes will be available for public viewing.
According to Parade organizers, this is a record-breaking number of entries, and with other builders’ entries, more than 90 homes are expected to be in the 2016 Parade.

Each home is visited by two judges who evaluate the home on several dimensions within designated price ranges.

A Parade guidebook will be published in The Florida Times-Union on April 16 and will be available at Gate stations throughout the area during the Parade.
