Jaguar Power Sports will relocate from 4680 Blanding Blvd. to a warehouse more than four times its size.

The company will lease 42,952 square feet of warehouse space at 7720 Philips Highway in August. It leases 9,463 square feet along Blanding Boulevard.

The company sells motorcycles, ATVs, scooters and electric bikes.

The warehouse will be used for sales, storage and service. Jaguar Power Sports owner Shaun Jackrel said he plans to integrate an outdoor living showroom into the new space.

The move to a larger space is expected to add seven to 10 jobs.

“Jaguar Power Sports has experienced consistent growth every year since we started. Our current location has served us well, but this relocation will allow us to provide even more value to our customers in the years ahead,” Jackrel said in a news release.

Colliers International Senior Director Eric Bumgarner, Director Joseph M. Turri and Associate Michael Cassidy brokered the deal between Jaguar Power Sports and the warehouse owner.

The three will list the Jaguar Power Sports space on Blanding Boulevard in August for lease or purchase.

“Jaguar Power Sports’ growth has created a ripple effect of opportunities within our local industrial market,” Bumgarner said in the release. “We look forward to working with Shaun and his team to find the next success story for their building on Blanding Boulevard, as well as their future neighbor at 7720 Philips Highway.”
