The Loop Restaurant announced Feb. 1 it plans to open several new restaurants, including a location in World Golf Village in St. Augustine, but is closing a 33-year-old store in Orange Park.
The franchise will close the restaurant at 1550 Wells Road on Feb.15. Until closing, customers can find 10%-off coupons.
The coupons can be used at Loop restaurants at 1960 E. West Parkway, No. 110, in Fleming Island; 9965 San Jose Blvd., No. 58, in Mandarin; and 4591 Lakeside Drive, No. 101, in Avondale.
“We’ve served our Orange Park neighbors since 1990,” said Marla Quattrone, The Loop’s chief marketing officer, in a news release.
“We look forward to serving (our customers) soon at one of our Northeast Florida locations.”
Franchisee MaurilioGonzalez will open at World Golf Village this year, the release said.
Maurilio owns Loop restaurants in Fernandina Beach, Fleming Island, Julington Creek and Nocatee.
The company is looking for storefronts in Sawgrass, Oakleaf and North Jacksonville as well as in North Carolina.
