No contractor is specified for the estimated $300,000 build-out in Unit 106.
On a brochure, landlord Sleiman Enterprises shows the restaurant in a 2,200-square-foot space in the end unit of a new outparcel building with four storefronts that include GNC.
That building is next to Panda Express.
