Southern Home Services said April 30 it acquired Jacksonville-based David Gray Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air.
Maitland-based Southern Home Services operates home service companies in 11 states, according to its website.
The company said David Gray will continue to operate under its current name and branding, and it plans to retain the company’s employees.
David Gray’s website said it is a family-owned company founded in 1983.
“Joining forces with Southern Home Services represents a strategic advancement for our company. Their resources and industry knowledge will undoubtedly propel us forward, enhancing our service capabilities and reach,” CEO Gary Gray said in a news release.
Terms of the deal were not announced.
