Sixth of seven Imeson Park South warehouses expected to start construction

VanTrust Real Estate says the seventh is in discussion at the North Jacksonville industrial center.

JEA is reviewing a service availability request for Building B2 at Imeson Park South, which would be the sixth of seven buildings at the North Jacksonville industrial development at 1511 Zoo Parkway.

The request is for the determination of utility service for a proposed 235,735-square-foot warehouse, also called Building 600.

VanTrust Real Estate LLC is the developer. Jacksonville-based England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.
