Colliers | U.S. announced Dec. 1 that Pat Buckley has rejoined the company as managing director and brokerage market leader for the North Florida region.

The commercial real estate company said Buckley, who started the role Dec. 1, will oversee all brokerage operations, including recruitment, retention and business development for the Jacksonville and Gainesville markets.

The two offices employ 56 people.

He will report to Stephanie Rodriguez, national director of industrial services for the U.S. and Florida executive managing director.

“Having started his career at Colliers in Boston, Pat returns with a wealth of experience in real estate advisory, sales, and operations,” Rodriguez said in a news release.

“His leadership will be instrumental in driving growth and strengthening our presence in the region. I look forward to the positive impact I am confident he will make as we continue building on our success.”

Colliers said Buckley brings 20 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory for tenants and landlords. He most recently served as senior vice president at Foundry Commercial in Jacksonville.

Colliers said Buckley also served in leadership roles with NAI Hallmark, Avison Young and Transwestern RBJ/CBRE.

“My career in brokerage advisory has given me a strong foundation, and this full-circle moment returning to Colliers is an incredible opportunity to leverage that experience and lead our team toward new heights,” Buckley said in the release.

Colliers hired Buckley after a search for a North Florida market leader in its Jacksonville commercial real estate office after a brief stint in the role this year by Courtland Eyrick.

On April 21, the company announced Eyrick as managing director and brokerage market leader and confirmed July 7 that he left.

Eyrick returned to the CBRE firm and was promoted to executive vice president as of July. His LinkedIn profile shows he had been managing director at CBRE from March 2021 to June 2025 and it does not include his Colliers role.

Colliers issued a statement July 7.

“Courtland Eyrick has recently departed Colliers and we have begun the process to identify and recruit a new Brokerage Market Leader for the North Florida region,” Rodriguez said.

Rodriguez, based in Miami, said that in the meantime, she would oversee operations in North Florida.

Eyrick succeeded Christian Oldenburg, who joined Jacksonville-based Ash Properties as chief operating officer in April 2024.

Oldenburg had been executive managing director and market leader of Colliers International in Jacksonville for seven years.

The Colliers Jacksonville office is on the 15th floor of the VyStar Tower at 76 S. Laura St. Downtown.

The full-service commercial real estate company works with real estate occupiers, owners, investors and business owners in areas that include office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, land and multifamily.

Colliers said it is a global diversified professional services and investment management company that operates through three industry platforms – real estate services, engineering, and investment management.

It reports it has $5.5 billion in annual revenue, 24,000 employees and $108 billion in assets under management.

Colliers International Group inc. is based in Toronto.
