Dutch Bros Coffee is advancing plans for another St. Johns County location.
Following a service availability request with city-owned utility JEA, the Arizona-based coffee chain has started the permitting process with the county.
It would be Dutch Bros’ 14th shop open or in development in the region, according to Daily Record reports.

According to the JEA request, the store would follow the 986-square-foot Dutch Bros template off County Road 210 south of The Fountains at St. Johns and 1.5 miles west of the master-planned Beachwalk community.
Z Development Services of Orlando is the applicant and civil engineer. County records show the land is owned by 210 East LLC of Jacksonville. Florida Division of Corporations records show the LLC is managed by Reekee Patel, the owner of Shores Liquor.
Dutch Bros has opened four Northeast Florida stores, with at least 10 more in review.
Its first regional shop is at 50 McCoy Way in St. Augustine, about a half-mile north of a Publix at the Shoppes at Palencia Commons.
The county’s development review committee is scheduled to discuss the County Road 210 Dutch Bros on Jan 7.
