The Clarke at Kendall Town apartments in the Regency area in Arlington of sold Dec. 9 for $45 million.
Shelton McNally Real Estate Partners of Atlanta sold the community through Novo Jacksonville Owner LLC. Pacific Coast Capital Partners had partnered with Shelton McNally Real Estate Partners in ownership of the property.
The apartments previously were called Novo Kendall Town.
The two firms also developed Avenues Walk near The Avenues mall.
Nicol Investment Co. of Nashville, Tennessee, bought the apartments through NIC JAX Apartments LLC. Nicol is a real estate investment firm.
Nicol was issued a $30 million mortgage with PNC Bank National Association.
The Clarke at Kendall Town Apartments at 1290 Kendall Town Blvd. sits on parcels totaling about 16 acres. It was built in 2022.
The community includes 10 three-story buildings with 300 units and a clubhouse.
The apartments have one-, two- and three-bedroom units with one and two baths. They are 756 to 1,248 square feet, according to apartments.com.
Rents are $1,301 for a one-bedroom to $2,405 for a three-bedroom, according to The Clarke at Kendall Town website.
Amenities include cabanas, pool, dog park, patio, fitness center, car wash, detached garages, grilling stations and walking and biking trails.
