Jacksonville International Airport is preparing to move the Delta Sky Club to Concourse B under construction at the North Jacksonville terminal.
The city is reviewing a permit application for NSC Construction Co. LLC of Atlanta to build-out the 9,934-square-foot interior space for the membership club in the airport at 2400 Yankee Clipper Drive.
The club, now on Concourse A next to Chili’s Grill & Bar, will move to Concourse B where it will be built-out primarily on the mezzanine with a small entry area on the boarding level.

Space will include the lounge, a cafe, a bar and restrooms.
Ware Malcomb of Atlanta is the architect. RS&H of Jacksonville is the mechanical, engineering and plumbing engineer.
Construction on the three-level Concourse B, a $344 million project, began in July 2024 and is scheduled for completion by December 2026.
What’s up at the airport
Jacksonville International Airport’s major carriers include American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Southwest and United Airlines.
The airport’s 20 gates now comprise 10 on Concourse A and 10 on Concourse C.

The airport’s FlyJacksonville.com site says Concourse A serves Delta and United Airlines.
Concourse C serves American and Southwest.
Concourse B will comprise six gates for American Airlines.
Post-security, Concourse A is to the right, Concourse C is to the left and Concourse B will be straight ahead.
The first Concourse B was demolished in 2009 after Concourses A and C were rebuilt in 2008.

Concourse B also will feature food tenants that include Cantina Louie, Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, V Pizza and Willie Jewell’s Old School Bar-B-Q.
The Club JAX also is planning to move to Concourse B. The Jacksonville Aviation Authority approved plans Sept. 29 for it to more than double in size.
The Club JAX, along with the airport food court, closed in August 2024 to make way for Concourse B construction. The 2,725-square-foot club opened in 2018.

The new 5,975-square-foot lounge will be developed and managed by Airport Dimensions, part of London-based Collinson Group, which operates 31 clubs across the United States. Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2026, with a targeted opening the following year.
The Club JAX allows passengers from any airline to enter with specific membership benefits or by paying a fee.
