The sale is an Atlantic Beach record. The previous record was $9.3 million at 631 Beach Ave. that sold in October 2023.
Mark A. and Meredith C. Frisch sold the property to Christopher M. Bauer, trustee of the Coopurr Industries Trust.
The main house is on 0.55 acre and is 7,179 square feet. It was built in 2022. The garage and guest suite are on 0.08 acre and is 520 square feet. It was built in 2023.
The main house has six bedrooms and five baths and one half-bath. The interior features a wet bar and wine cellar. Outside, there is a heated saltwater pool and spa.
The garage apartment is a studio that has one bathroom, according to realtor.com.
The property previously sold for $3.33 million in 2018 before the construction of the garage and guest suite.
In June, the asking price was listed at $19 million, according to zillow.com. It sold for 18.4% below that price at $2,053 per square foot.
Mark Frisch is the executive vice president of Beaver Street Fisheries and the Sea Best Seafood Corp. He was the former owner of the Jacksonville Armada FC soccer team.
