Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty’s new office is open in Fleming Island, the real estate company announced June 12.
It is at 1524-3 County Road 220, Unit B1, in the Fleming Island shopping center anchored by Target and Publix. It moved about 3 miles north from 3535 U.S. 17, Suite 10.
It held a ribbon cutting for the office May 29.
The office is led by Managing Broker Roxane Felder.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices FNR has been in business in Fleming Island for more than 20 years.
“The Fleming Island office is home to a team that is highly regarded for their accomplishments, and our new space offers a convenient setting for our Realtors and clients,” Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices FNR President Ann King said in a news release.
Founded in 1988 by Linda Sherrer and led by King, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices FNR services Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Flagler and Volusia counties in Northeast Florida with more than 500 employees.
The company had more than $1.6 billion in closed sales in 2024 and ranks among the Top 25 companies in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, the release said.
